Wholesome food, effortless mornings
How TiffinTots works, what we promise you, and what we ask of you โ please read before you sign up. Last updated 18 October 2026.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") apply when you sign up for, buy or use the TiffinTots school-lunch service (the "Service"). The Service is run by M/s Tiffin Tots (represented by its Proprietor), based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India โ in these Terms, "Tiffin Tots", "TiffinTots", "we", "us" and "our" mean this business. "You" means the parent or legal guardian who holds the account; "your little one" or "your child" means the child you register to receive meals.
You use the Service through our website, tiffintots.com, which also works as an installable web app โ when our Android and iOS apps launch, these Terms will apply to them too. By ticking "I agree", completing sign-up or buying a meal pack, you confirm that you've read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy โ together with the menu/ingredient details on our website and any other policy we link to from the Service, these form our agreement with you. If anything here is unclear, write to support@tiffintots.com before you sign up.
We cook fresh, home-style vegetarian lunches for school children and deliver them to your home in the early morning. You then put the food into your little one's lunchbox and send it to school. We deliver to your home, not to the school or to your child, unless we agree otherwise in writing โ and once a meal is delivered, we don't supervise how it's stored, packed or eaten.
We provide prepared meals. We don't provide medical, diet-treatment or clinical nutrition services.
Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over can open an account and buy meals โ children cannot sign up or use an account. When you sign up, you confirm that you are your little one's parent or legal guardian, that the details you give us are true, complete and up to date, and that you'll tell us straight away if anything changes โ such as your address, phone number or your child's food needs. We may ask for more details if we need them to deliver the Service safely.
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) โ please keep your phone and OTPs safe, and don't share them with anyone. You're responsible for everything done through your account; if you think someone else has used it, tell us at once.
One account per child. Each child needs their own account with a different mobile number, with their own meals, plan and wallet. Meal credits belong to the account they were bought for and can't be moved to another child or account without our written approval.
Delivery areas. We currently deliver to some parts of Noida. We may add or change areas over time โ if we can't yet reach your address, we'll note your interest and tell you when we can.
Delivery days. We deliver Monday to Friday. We don't deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, the summer break (1โ30 June), the winter break (25 Decemberโ1 January), or public holidays shown in our holiday calendar on the website.
Delivery time. Our delivery window is 6:00โ7:00 AM โ a target window, not a fixed appointment; we'll do our best to deliver within it.
What you need to give us: your full address including society, tower and flat number; gate or security instructions, if any; and a mobile number we can reach during the delivery window. Please make sure our rider can reach your door, or a safe place you've named, during the delivery window โ someone should be there to receive the meal, or a safe place must be agreed.
Proof of delivery. Our rider takes a time-stamped photo of the meal at your door when it's delivered, and we let you know โ this photo is our record that delivery took place.
Delays. Delivery may sometimes be late because of things like heavy rain, traffic, road closures, a vehicle breakdown, or society entry rules. If your meal is running late, we'll message you as soon as we can.
You buy meals in packs. Each pack adds meal credits to your Wallet โ one credit pays for one meal on one delivery day.
Trial pack. A one-time offer for first-time families only โ one meal a day, from the dishes you choose at sign-up. It never renews automatically.
Prices shown on the website at the time you pay are the prices that apply, and include any taxes that apply. We may change prices for future packs โ a price change never affects credits you've already bought. You can switch to a different pack at any time; the new pack applies from your next purchase or renewal.
Expiry. Trial-pack credits expire 14 days after they're issued; weekly (5-meal) and monthly (20-meal) pack credits expire 90 days after they're issued. Credits not used in time will expire and can't be used โ we'll remind you before your credits expire.
Autorenewal is switched on by default for the 5-meal and 20-meal packs. You can switch it off at any time under Wallet. When you have 3 meals left, we'll tell you a renewal is coming; when you have 2 meals left, we'll renew the same pack and charge you.
To stop a renewal, switch autorenewal off before you reach your last 2 meals โ if you switch it off after that, the payment may already be in progress, and your choice will apply from the next renewal instead. If a renewal payment fails, we'll tell you; your meals continue until your credits run out, and deliveries then pause until you top up.
All payments go through our payment partner, Razorpay โ you can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet. We never see or store your card or bank details. Your meals are scheduled only after your payment is confirmed. If a payment is reversed, disputed or found to be fraudulent, we may pause your deliveries or close your account until the matter is settled.
Meal credits aren't exchanged for cash, except in the cases below or where the law requires a refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5โ7 working days after we approve them, depending on your bank. To ask for a refund or a credit, write to support@tiffintots.com.
You can pick from 5 dishes each delivery day. At sign-up, you also choose a default meal โ if you don't pick a dish for a day, we send the default.
The 6 PM cut-off. You can change the meal, address or delivery window, or skip or pause a day, until 6:00 PM the evening before โ at 6:00 PM, our system locks the next day's meals and delivery routes. Changes made before the cut-off don't use a credit; changes made after 6:00 PM apply from the day after next, and a meal already locked at 6:00 PM will be cooked, delivered and charged as normal.
Mark any days you're away as vacation or skipped in the Planner, before the 6:00 PM cut-off, and we won't cook a meal or use a credit for those days. You can also pause your account under Account โ Manage account โ while paused, deliveries and messages stop, though pausing doesn't stop your credits from expiring.
If we can't deliver a meal because of our own failure, we'll credit that meal back to your Wallet. A meal will be treated as delivered, and its credit used, if we couldn't complete the delivery because the address or phone number you gave us was wrong or incomplete, our rider couldn't get into your society or building and couldn't reach you by phone, no one was there to receive the meal and no safe place had been agreed, or the meal was refused at the door.
If you think a meal was wrongly marked as delivered, write to us the same day โ we'll check the delivery photo and rider records and let you know what we find.
Sometimes events outside our control may stop us cooking or delivering โ extreme weather, flooding, a pandemic, government orders or curfews, strikes, unrest, road closures, power or water failures, supply problems or major technology failures, for example. In these cases, we may delay, change or pause deliveries โ we'll tell you as soon as we can, we won't use a credit for any meal we couldn't deliver, and we won't be liable for the delay.
Every dish is 100% vegetarian, and we don't use egg in any of our food. Our kitchen is at Sector 50, Noida, and is registered with FSSAI (Reg. No. 22726925001832) โ we cook and handle food in line with FSSAI rules.
We cook each meal fresh on the morning of delivery, sealed at our kitchen in clean, food-grade, leak-proof, disposable containers โ there's nothing to return. Each dish's ingredients are listed on our Menu page; please check them before you choose.
Menu changes. Sometimes we may need to change or swap a dish โ because an ingredient isn't available or good enough, for food-safety reasons, or for other operational reasons. Where we can, we'll send a similar dish and let you know. If we think a dish may not be safe or up to our standard, we won't send it โ we'll send a replacement or credit the meal back to your Wallet instead. We cook food we hope your little one will enjoy, but we can't promise that every child will like or finish every meal.
Check before you choose. Every dish's ingredients are listed on our Menu page, and our general allergy notice is on our FAQ page. As part of sign-up, you'll need to read and acknowledge this information before your account can be created โ please read it carefully and decide, based on your child's known allergies, intolerances or food restrictions, whether our food is suitable for them. Tell us straight away if this changes.
Shared kitchen. Most dishes contain wheat and dairy, such as paneer, cheese or ghee, and mustard seeds are used in one dish. All our food is cooked in one shared kitchen, so we can't promise that any dish is fully free of a particular allergen, unless we've agreed this with you in writing.
If your little one has a serious or medically diagnosed allergy, please write to support@tiffintots.com before you sign up โ we'll tell you honestly what we can and can't do safely.
We take reasonable care based on the published ingredient and allergy information and on anything you separately tell us. We're not responsible for a reaction caused by: an allergy, intolerance or food restriction you could have checked against our published ingredient list, or a serious or medically diagnosed allergy you didn't flag to us at support@tiffintots.com before relying on the Service; wrong or incomplete information you gave us; your child eating food against your own instructions; or cross-contact in our shared kitchen, where we hadn't separately agreed in writing to provide an allergen-free meal. This doesn't cover harm caused by our own proven negligence or a breach of the law.
No health advice. Any ingredient or nutrition information we share is general information only โ not medical or nutrition advice. If your child has a medical condition or special diet, please speak to a doctor or qualified nutritionist.
Once a meal has been delivered to your door or an agreed safe place, you're responsible for moving the food into your little one's lunchbox, making sure the lunchbox is clean, food-safe and properly closed, storing and handling the food safely until school, and making sure your child eats it at lunchtime the same day.
Our meals are made to be eaten at school lunchtime the same day โ for the best taste, please pack them soon after they arrive, and don't keep them for later. We're not responsible for problems caused after delivery by poor storage or handling, an unclean lunchbox, or food eaten later than the same school day. Please don't send the meal if you think your little one is unwell or shouldn't eat that food.
Please tell us about any problem with a meal as soon as possible, ideally the same day โ this includes spoilt food, a foreign object, a wrong dish, or a suspected reaction. Where you can, please keep any leftover food and the container, send us clear photos or a video, and tell us what your child ate and any symptoms.
We may ask for a food sample, and we'll check our kitchen and delivery records for that day โ food-safety complaints are always looked at first, and we'll work with the authorities where needed. In an emergency, get medical help first โ if your child has a serious reaction, call a doctor or go to hospital straight away, then let us know. Nothing in these Terms stops you from using any legal right you have.
Please don't: give us false or misleading information; abuse, threaten or harass our riders or team; get in the way of our deliveries; make false complaints or claims for credits or refunds; copy, hack, reverse-engineer or misuse our website or app; or use the Service for anything unlawful. If you do, we may warn you, pause your deliveries or close your account.
By you. You can pause or delete your account at any time under Account โ Manage account. If you delete it, any unused meal credits are lost โ please use your credits first. Meals already locked for the next day will still be delivered.
By us. We may pause or close your account if you break these Terms, payments keep failing or a payment is reversed/fraudulent, delivery to your address becomes unsafe or impossible, or we need to for food-safety, legal or regulatory reasons. Where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why โ if we close your account through no fault of yours, we'll refund your unused credits, as set out in section 9.
We'll use reasonable care and skill to cook, pack and deliver your little one's meals. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for loss or harm caused only by wrong information you gave us or an allergy you didn't flag to us, how the food was stored, handled or eaten after delivery, an unclean or unsuitable lunchbox, not following reasonable instructions we've given, or events outside our control as set out in section 12. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of income or missed work.
Where we're responsible for a problem with a meal or delivery, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the meals affected. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death caused by our negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
By signing up, you agree that we can send you service messages by WhatsApp, email and browser or app notification โ delivery updates, locked meals, low balance, expiring credits, renewals, payment receipts, menu and holiday changes, food-safety alerts and any other message as needed. You can choose your channels under Account โ Notifications; essential messages, such as payment receipts and delivery updates, will still be sent while your account is open. We'll send offers or news only if you agree to receive them, and you can say no at any time.
We collect and use your details and your little one's details only to run the Service. We handle all personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and in line with applicable Indian law. We never sell your data, and we never use your child's details for advertising.
The TiffinTots name, logo, mascot, recipes, menu, photos, website and app all belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, change, share or use them for business purposes without our written permission.
We may change our menu, delivery areas, delivery windows, packs, prices or other parts of the Service. We may also update these Terms โ for example when we launch our Android and iOS apps โ and will post the new version on our website with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is important, or affects credits you've already bought, we'll tell you in advance by WhatsApp, email or a notice in the app; where the law requires it, we'll ask you to accept the new Terms. No change will take away any right you have under the law.
